Graffiti and Fly Poster policy
A small article created by the Plymouth City Council on their policy on graffiti and fly posters. I think my parcel tags could count as fly posters, although maybe the loophole of them not being posters may be a possibility for me to get away with these guerilla advertising campaign. Due to the short time scale of the project, I haven't been able to fully research the laws that are relevant to what I'm doing as part of this project, but I'm hoping winging it and being able to run fast if necessary will be an advantage for me!
